Smart Nation Engagement Programmes
Let’s co-create our Smart Nation together
Have an observation or suggestion that you think might help make the lives of citizens more convenient, or digital government services better? Interested in testing new digital government services before they are launched? We would love to hear from you!
Come join us through the following programmes and platforms.

Our Smart Nation Ambassadors (SNAs) get involved in a variety of activities – from helping others learn how to use digital tools, to collecting feedback on how we can improve our digital government services. They are also a constant presence at our roadshows and showcases.

The Smart Nation Ambassador Citizen Co-Creation Group (SNA CCG) is a network of community leaders representing diverse groups, including persons with disabilities, low-income families, seniors, and race-based community groups. SNA CCG enables public agencies to connect with specific communities to engage everyone, not just for the “digital-able”.

The Smart Nation Builder is a roving truck fitted with interactive game stations for everyone to learn more about Singapore’s tech initiatives and digital government services. It is also a co-creation platform for citizens to provide quick inputs and feedback on existing and upcoming digital government products and services.

The SCOPE survey tool gathers feedback from the public on test prototypes and new digital services. This gives the engineering teams direct feedback on user needs and preferences, so that we can make digital government more accessible and convenient for citizens.
